Wild Buddy is a digital subscription platform providing access to app-based features and services.

Welcome to Wild Buddy ("Wild Buddy", "we", "our", "us"), operated by Fjärran Sports AB, company registration number 559310-3681, Midgårdsgränd 4, 646 34 Gnesta, Sweden.

Wild Buddy is an AI-powered nature platform offering species identification, gamified collections, AI-assisted educational tools, memberships, subscriptions, and credits for digital services.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wild Buddy.

If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only use the Service with consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Users purchase access to a digital service platform. Wild Buddy may include:

• AI-assisted species identification
• Bird and wildlife recognition
• AI-generated informational content
• Gamification features
• User collections and saved discoveries
• Membership subscriptions
• Credits for species identifications
• Friend and collection-sharing features
• Educational and nature-related tools

The Service is provided digitally only. No physical products are sold unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Wild Buddy may offer a free version of the Service. Current free access may include:

• Up to 4 species identifications without an account
• Additional limited identifications with a free account
• Limited saving functionality
• Limited premium functionality

Wild Buddy reserves the right to modify, limit, or remove free features at any time.

Wild Buddy offers subscription-based memberships including recurring billing plans such as monthly, quarterly and annual.

Users may also purchase digital credits. One (1) credit equals one (1) species identification that can be saved to a user account.

Credits:

• Are digital goods
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be shared between users
• Are tied to the purchasing account
• May not be redeemed for cash

Gift cards operate as Shopify-managed digital value codes or discounts.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing interval unless canceled before renewal.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges through Shopify Payments and/or associated payment providers. Recurring subscriptions are processed via Shopify and Seal Subscriptions.

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the app or associated customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

If a recurring payment fails:

• The subscription may remain temporarily active for up to five (5) days
• Users may receive in-app notifications and email reminders
• If payment is not resolved within this period, premium access may automatically terminate
• Users may regain access by purchasing a new subscription or credits

Wild Buddy provides digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. By purchasing a subscription, credits, or digital access, the user expressly agrees that:

• Digital delivery begins immediately
• The service may be fully or partially consumed immediately
• The user waives any applicable right of withdrawal to the extent permitted under EU consumer law

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests may be reviewed individually. Due to the nature of digital services, completed digital deliveries, consumed credits, used subscriptions, or activated memberships are generally non-refundable.

Wild Buddy reserves the right to deny refund requests where:

• Digital services have already been accessed or consumed
• Credits have been used
• Abuse, fraud, or policy violations are suspected

Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Wild Buddy uses artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, external databases, and third-party recognition technologies including Google Gemini, OpenAI, and related systems.

Species identifications, AI-generated responses, and educational content are provided for informational and recreational purposes only. Wild Buddy does not guarantee perfect accuracy. Errors, incorrect classifications, or incomplete information may occur.

Users are responsible for independently verifying important information. Wild Buddy is not a substitute for professional biological, ecological, medical, or scientific advice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

Users may upload images, audio recordings, species observations, collection information, and AI chat interactions.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading content, users grant Wild Buddy a limited license to process, store, display, and analyze such content solely for operation of the Service.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload submitted material.

Users may add approved friends within the platform. Approved friends may view each other's collections and shared activity according to app settings. Wild Buddy is not responsible for information voluntarily shared between users.

Users may not:

• Abuse or exploit the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Use automated scraping or bots
• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing material
• Interfere with platform stability or security
• Attempt to manipulate credits or subscriptions
• Impersonate other users

Wild Buddy may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

We may modify, update, pause, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Translations, AI-generated text, colors, interface elements, or localized content may occasionally contain errors.

Wild Buddy and its associated branding, logos, interfaces, software, and platform elements are owned by Fjärran Sports AB or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Buddy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Incorrect species identifications
• Service interruptions
• Third-party failures
• User-generated content

Use of the Service is at the user's own risk.

Users may delete their account at any time. Wild Buddy may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Deletion of an account may permanently remove associated data. Certain legally required information may be retained as required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be resolved in Swedish courts unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
